Est. 2019
More than a club — a home court.
Blaze started in 2019 with a single U14 team practicing in a borrowed middle-school gym. Eleven players, one coach, and a simple belief: girls deserved a club that actually showed up for them.
Seven years later, we’re a five-team program training 60-plus athletes across Colorado’s Front Range. What hasn’t changed is the standard. Every Blaze athlete gets a coach who knows their game, a training plan that meets them where they are, and a team culture built on respect — for the sport, for teammates, and for the parents who make the whole thing possible.
We’re not the biggest club in Colorado. We’re not trying to be. We’re trying to be the club our alumni brag about ten years from now.
2019
Founded with a single U14 team and 11 players.
2022
Expanded to four competitive age groups and opened our Boulder home gym.
2024
First Blaze athlete committed to Division I volleyball.
2026
Five teams, 60+ athletes, and a coaching staff eight deep.

Program Director & U18 Elite Head Coach
Former Pac-12 setter. Founded Blaze in 2019 after coaching at the collegiate and HS levels. USAV Gold-certified.
Courtney Idris
U16 Red Head Coach
Ten years of club coaching experience with a focus on defensive systems and tournament preparation.
Priya Desai
U18 Select Head Coach / U14 Assistant
Former collegiate libero turned defensive coach. Believes every point starts with a great first touch.
Jordan Hayes
U14 Head Coach
Specializes in developing young athletes. Patient teacher, relentless recruiter of good attitudes.
